There are several ways to order! Our preferred ordering method, is by secure online credit card transactions through our web site. Alternate ordering options are listed below.

If you intend on purchasing any product from this site you hereby agree to the following conditions.
How to place your order
By ONLINE SECURE CREDIT CARD Transactions through our web site: You may order through our web site by credit card. If you have ordered from us before, your previous order number will give us access to your previous payment and shipping information. This will help us to process your order more efficiently. New Customers or previous customers with billing/shipping changes be sure to include new information on the order form. Your personal and credit card information is kept confidential and our transaction links are protected by encryption. You credit card will not be billed until your order is packaged and ready to be shipped; that is our policy. Orders will be confirmed by e-mail upon receipt. Please include a valid email address.
By Mail
Print out the completed online order form and mail it to us. We will accept hand written (please write legibly) or type written orders. Only U.S. Postal Money Orders or Bank Cashier's Checks will be accepted by mail. Please include your customer order number (if applicable), and complete shipping address.

New Customers
Please supply us with your complete telephone number (including area code) when placing orders. This will be used as your customer number until one has been assigned and will allow us to call you if there is a problem with your order. Remember to always include your area code and specify when is the best time to call.
Backorders/Partial Shipments
Only credit card customers will have the opportunity to accept back orders/partial shipments. All other payment methods, backorders or out of stock items will be deleted from our system at the time of order. Please, re-order any items that were identified as out of stock or backordered. You will be notified by e-mail, fax or by phone from one of our operators.
Returns
Unsatisfactory Items - wrong size, wrong color, etc. Any return must have a return authorization number. Please email, write, or fax us before you return any item to obtain a return authorization number. Returns will NOT be accepted without return authorization number. This number must be clearly marked on your return label.
Defective - defective items will NOT be considered returnable to us. The customer must contact the original manufacturer for the item but our customer service department will assist you with obtaining manufacturers' information.
Damaged - due to shipping customer must notify carrier at time of delivery. These items will NOT be considered returnable to us. The customer must contact the shipping carrier and our customer service department will assist you with obtaining carriers' information or get a claims adjuster to inspect the package.

Contact us to get any return information you may need. All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment to be considered for credit. All authorized returns will be refuned to the original customers credit credit card or company check which will be mailed to you. The items must be in the exact same condition as which they were received in order for resale. All unauthorized returns will be refused!
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on any order sent back to us in used, worn or damaged condition or not in original factory packaging with all paperwork included. Be sure to double check the order form for correct color, size, quantity and so forth.
Age Requirements: You must be at least 18 years of age to order any product from us. Some items contained in this catalog may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item in this catalog. The carrier will require proof of age when the product is delivered. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age and that you have read and accept our terms & conditions!
PAYMENT METHODS
COD: NO COD's are accepted.
Credit Card Orders: You may use your credit card to pay for any orders you place with us. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped. Orders will be confirmed by an auto responder e-mail upon receipt. Please include a valid email address. Any billing problems please email our billing department.
Applicable Sales Tax
Since we are located in the beautiful state of Arizona in these fine United States, anyone ordering from us residing in Arizona must pay applicable sales tax. This will automatically be added to your bill with the shipping and handling fees. SORRY, It's the Law!
Legality: It is your (the buyers) responsibility, to check all local laws concerning use, ownership and possession of any product in this catalog. Also any attempt at entrapment by any law enforcement agency will be met with swift legal action. Questions or comments?
